I love this business.

Here's an email I got from a prospective franchisee that includes a little bit of why....

Larry,
I have a real interest in talking to you about franchise ownership. I am doing some research so that I come to you informed enough so we can have a constructive conversation. You mentioned my dad. He is a great example of why the potential ownership of a Nitro franchise interests me so much. If he didn't find you and get on the program I am fairly certain he was not on pace to see his grandkids play ball. Nothing interests me more than helping people turn their lives around, position themselves to live happy, healthy lives. That is why a Nitro franchise opportunity interests me.

Chris is the son of one of my favorite members, Bing. Bing is in the office next door to me here at Nitro Fitness corporate headquarters. I see him in the hallways and most nights as I'm leaving. Naturally I wanted to share the fun at Nitro Fitness with him (as I do everyone) and being the good-natured neighbor that he is, Bing came down to the club. Well, 40 pounds later Bing is feeling great. And his family is feeling great about his new health.

The email I pasted above came from Bing's son Chris, who loves the change in his Dad so much he's interested in pursuing it as a business.

That's why I love the fitness business.

It's rare that changing people's lives is also a decent business opportunity.

We all desire to do good. And we know that we can positively affect the world, society, heck just our neighbors -- with acts of good. And sometimes we can do it with a job. But I grew up thinking that most these jobs involved a lower pay, a lesser lifestyle, or a sacrifice of some sort. I'm so excited about doing good -- for individuals and for business owners.
