Lots Have Happened Since......

Yes, Life is buier now than it ever has been and probably not near as busy as tomm.
I am back from the first of three surgeries on my low back and while down had time to peruse the web for articles pertaining to why we need Core Training. As we get older, our bodies do as well, we have to challenge, stimulate and work it properly to strengthen it.

I know you guys enjoy reading others writing, especially the ladies viewpoints about us and our aging bodies. While crusing the internet for some articles about core fitness, I ran across this article that has some tips on how little things in your daily activities and exercise routines can irritate your back. It discusses exercises and some health issues such core strength and footwear that Nitro Fitness agrees with.
