Hello,
Just a quick note.
I am a member at your Lewiston Me facility and want to put in a good word about
Mike H. The current manager. As a business owner myself I recognize good work
ethics. Mike is very dedicated to his job and the gym. He is always friendly
and sociable, keeping a pleasant atmosphere;even though some of his jokes are
a little lame (just kidding) His humor is appreciated.

He is always keeping the place clean.
I have over heard him on the phones many times self initiating
calls in pitching the gym\'s services. .... Just thought his dedication
and commitment to the gym should not go unnoticed.


PS: Your concept is great! The work out is effective and easy. Working out
regularly has improved my overall health; sleep has improved, blood pressure
dropped, my cholesterol has dropped some. I had always stayed away from gyms
given the lack of direction on how to use the equipment and I just did not like
the competive atmosphere. I find NItro-FItness goes beyand just comfort, its
very supportive, and encouraging.
