West Coast vs East Coast
Good Morning NITRO NATION.
All the fun is not over, but the summers end brings with it the shift in priorities for all of us.
From yards and family vacations, gardening and kids activities to settling back into a routine that sees the school busses filling up the roadways. More time for YOU, the caregiver/provider/taxi/treetrimmer/poolboy/grillmaster/housepainter/carwasher/(You know the deal)has just a few more minutes each day than during summer months.
You/Your fitness/Your Nutrition/Your health can get back into the top of the priority list now that summer is coming to a close.
What are you going to do?
How are you going to attract all those men into your NITRO?

He wants to redirect the focus of healthcare from the institutions that treat health-related conditions—e.g., HMOs, hospitals, and nursing homes—to a prevention model.
